Membership
Northglenn Ambulance offers a membership program to residents in the City of Northglenn and residents in the South Adams County Fire District.   Membership only costs $45.00.

Our initial funding in 1963 was made possible in great part to the membership program.  Many of our members have continued renewing their membership for the past 45 years.

Ambulance transportation is not cheap and catches most people off guard.  Even with insurance most people end up paying high co-pays or deductibles.  This is where the Northglenn Ambulance membership plays a big part.  Our members pay no out of pocket expenses for ambulance transportation provided by our service.

Accreditation signifies that our service has met the “gold standard” determined by the ambulance industry to be essential in a modern emergency medical services provider. These standards often exceed those established by state or local regulation.
We bill your insurance if you have any and accept their payment as payment in full.  Our members are not required to pay any balance not covered by the insurance.  Non-members are required to pay the entire balance.  Members generally have offset their cost in just one ambulance transport.  Specific rules apply for auto accidents.  Take a minute or two and review all of the membership rules.

Northglenn Ambulance will be the responding ambulance provider if you live in Northglenn or in  the South Adams County Fire District (Commerce City) and dial 911 for a medical emergency.  Sign up on line today for membership today.  Our membership year is January 1 - December 31 for Northglenn memberships and April 1 - March 31 for South Adams Fire District Members.

How to Become A Member ($45.00 One Year Membership)

You have 3 options: 

Option 1- You can print a copy of the application and drop it off or send it in with your payment.

Payments are securely made through PayPal once you have submitted the form your done for the year. 

Your canceled check  or credit card statement will serve as your proof of membership.  The membership will be in effect from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009.
